Welcome to The Three Pairs of Glasses Podcast, a conversation about men's mental health through three important lenses: the clinician, the educator, and the lived experience of being human.

Hosted by Dr. Ryan Stivers, Nate Oldenberg, Brandon Hovey and guests from across the mental health field and beyond, this podcast creates space for honest conversations about stress, relationships, fatherhood, emotional wellbeing, resilience, and the challenges men often face in silence.

We believe that seeking support is a sign of strength, not weakness. Through meaningful stories, practical insights, and real conversations, our goal is to help men feel less alone, better understood, and more equipped to thrive in every area of life.

So grab a seat, put on your favorite pair of glasses, and join us as we take a closer look at what it means to be well.

Welcome to Unmasked & Unscripted, the podcast where neurodivergent life gets the mic.

We're Kate, Nate, and Brandon, three neurodivergent therapists who know that living outside the neurotypical norm can be equal parts exhausting, confusing, hilarious, and beautiful. So we created the kind of space we wish we'd had: one where we can talk honestly about masking, burnout, sensory experiences, executive dysfunction, relationships, identity, late diagnoses, and everything in between.

We're not here to offer perfect answers or pretend we've figured it all out. We're here to share real conversations, real experiences, and real talk about what it means to navigate the world with differently wired brains.

So whether you're neurodivergent yourself, love someone who is, or are simply curious to learn more, we're glad you're here.

Let's take off the mask, skip the script, and get started.
