NEW CLIENTS
Does your life feel like a spinning carousel that never stops?
You can't get off and you never seem to make progress. There’s never time left for yourself or your relationships. You want your life to be better, but you’re not sure where to start. We can help you find change.
Sometimes unexpected events, hurts, habits, or even attempted solutions keep us "stuck" in a frustrating pattern. We will partner with you to discover your abilities, restore your relationships, and find the healing you deserve.
It’s time to take the first step.
How Do I Get Started With Counseling?
STEP ONE
Please visit our Meet the Therapists page and read the counselors’ profiles. If anyone is a good fit for your goals, you are welcome to request them. Not sure who to choose? Our administrative staff can help you find the right clinician with just a few questions over the phone.
STEP TWO
After selecting a therapist, you may either call our new client line (309-271-1105) or fill out a contact form to schedule your first appointment. A staff member will call you back if you leave a voicemail message or submit an online form. Staff will gather information about your therapy goals, scheduling, and financial preferences. We want to ensure you are with the best person for your needs. Lastly, please have your insurance card ready when you contact us.
Please note: Evening and weekend appointments cannot be guaranteed and are subject to provider availability.
STEP THREE
Our staff will email you a link to our secure client portal after your appointment is scheduled. You can conveniently access your new client paperwork in your portal account at any time.
All paperwork must be completed 24 hours prior to your session. Late paperwork will result in a cancelled session. Paperwork must be completed before counseling can begin. This also allows your counselor time to review the paperwork and prepare. We will be happy to reschedule your session once your paperwork is completed.
We are committed to helping every individual connect with the services that best meet their needs. Because our practice focuses on children, adolescents, and families, clients requiring sex-offender-specific evaluation or treatment services are referred to qualified providers who specialize in those areas of care.
If you have any questions, we would be glad to walk you through the process over the phone (309-271-1105).
