Hi! My name is Kay and I have a passion for connection.

I can’t say what sparked my initial interest in the mental health field, but I know that my drive comes from never wanting anyone to feel alone during their healing journey. Despite your reason for seeking therapy, my goal is to create a safe, nonjudgemental  space for you to practice vulnerability to begin your healing journey. Vulnerability is the key to connection. Let’s connect.

I have experience working with individuals 14+ who have had challenges with substance use and dependency through the use of co-occurring counseling, as addictive behaviors go hand-and-hand with mental health disorders.

Your experience is real.

Your experience is valid.

& Your experience deserves to be heard.
