Candidates must meet the following qualifications:
LMFT, LCPC, LCSW, PhD, or PsyD licensed in the state of Illinois (preference given to LMFT or those who practice from a family systems/relational perspective)
Commitment to high quality service, timeliness, integrity, and professionalism at all times
Strong clinical psychotherapy skills with areas of focus that enhance our team
Passionate about helping others, our mission, and personal career growth
Works well in a collaborative environment, willing to give and accept feedback
Willing to participate in marketing and networking activities
Maintains client confidentiality, documentation standards, comfortable with technology, and has basic computer skills
Interest in child counseling or couples counseling is a plus, but not required
